Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Package the items securely in the original packaging.
  3. Include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation inside the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process, and then place a new order for the desired item.

How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
